Eyeliner Pencil - Black

Formulated with synthetic beeswax for smooth, soft and long-lasting application. Sharpenable eyeliner pencils glide on easily, and can be used on the eyelids, along the lash line, or inside the waterline for a sultry, defined eye look. They are smooth when first applied, but will dry down and stay put.
